Alexander Lattmann, CEO & CFO

Alexander Lattmann is a lawyer, investor and entrepreneur.

In 2006 he founded his first company. He started his professional career as a lawyer at an internationally operating law- and management consulting company. As a managing director at an investment banking house in Frankfurt/Main, he was responsible for the corporate finance team, before establishing a consulting company in the year 2012. With his companies he has invested in a variety of industrial sectors and covers the complete spectrum of services for companies. Since 2015, his investments  have been focused on sustainable, eco-friendly and socially responsible businesses.  With this starting date the journey of blueplanet Investments AG began…

Thomas Körfgen, COO

Thomas began his professional career in 1995 at DWS as a portfolio manager, the fund management division of Deutsche Bank, after studying business administration at Goethe University in Frankfurt. In 2003 he joined SEB Investment KVG as Head of Equity Fund Management and Quantitative Fund Management. In 2008 he was appointed to the management board, a position he continued to hold even when Savills Investment Management SEB took over. Thomas Körfgen has been very active in the area of corporate governance since the late 1990s. As a portfolio manager, he has continuously expanded his investment processes to include ESG and, most recently, SDG approaches.

After Thomas Körfgen was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of blueplanet Investments AG for two years, he was appointed to the company's Management Board in July.

Dr. Alexander Juschus, Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Dr. Alexander Juschus is Managing Partner of Governance & Values GmbH.

He studied law in Mannheim, Heidelberg and completed his Master's degree in International Trade at the University of Newcastle/UK and wrote his dissertation on "Shareholder Engagement". Inspired by this dissertation he developed the business model of proxy voting in Germany.

As the person responsible for Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), he built up their German-speaking business. In 2006 he founded IVOX together with former colleagues to advance corporate governance in general and proxy voting in particular in Europe. In 2015, he sold IVOX GmbH to Glass Lewis and was subsequently managing director of IVOX Glass Lewis.

Alexander was chairman of the "Shareholder Rights Committee" at the "International Corporate Governance Network - ICGN" for six years and in this function also responsible for commenting on various legislative initiatives. He regularly gives lectures at various universities (e.g. Hamburg School of Business Administration, University of St. Gallen).

Dieter Herkenrath, dep. Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Dieter Herkenrath is a tax consultant and investor.

In the early 1990s he opened his own tax consultancy office in Bergisch-Gladbach before taking over an office in Cologne.
The many years of experience in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and the focus on teamwork also in the sector of start-ups distinguish his professional vita. His business-oriented consulting focus on companies in most diverse branches paired with his experience are a great enrichment for blueplant.

Dr. Josef Feldhaus, Phd.

Josef Feldhaus is a graduated physicist.

From 2005 to 2007 Feldhaus was head of the FLASH-Group at the German Electron Synchrotron DESY in Hamburg. He was responsible for the operation and further development of the world‘s first free electron laser in the X-ray range, with which scientists from all over world experimented.
He was, inter alia, member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Helmholtz-Centrum Berlin (HZB) and of the Facility Advisory Committee of the X-ray laser project LCLD in Stanford, USA. Currently he is a member of the Photon Science Advisory Committee of the Paul-Scherrer-Institute (PSI), Villingen, Switzerland.
