We are the partner for companies who need to close a financing gap.
The development and marketing of new products as well as corporate expansion are often accompanied by large funding requirement. We are the partner who is able to close this financing gap with an investment of equity capital.
As a temporary co-entrepreneur our joint objective with the management and the other shareholders is to achieve a sustainable increase in the corporate value of our investments.
The point in time of our investment can be in the startup- as well as in the expansion-phase. Our investment decisions depend crucially on the quality of the technology or the product, the vision of the existing team, and in particular on the innovation potential and practicability of the market launch.
